Abstract

The system comprises a closed water circuit, with a lower reservoir (1) where it is stored, with capacity for the electrical power it is desired to produce, the water being raised to another reservoir at a higher level (6) from which the water falls through a pressure tube (7) to a turbine (8) that discharges water into the lower reservoir (1), coupled to an alternator (9) which generates the electricity. The water is raised from the lower reservoir (1) to the higher reservoir (6) by solar and wind energy in one or more stages (10), depending on the height it is desired to reach, by pumping stations (2), (4) which impel it through one or more pipes (3), (5), creating a constant flow of water and thereby generating electricity without wasting water.
