Sistema de dosificación de café molido, que comprende la medición del caudal del café molido, mediante una dosificación volumétrica que incluye un rotor (3) de aspas, cuyas aspas (4) interceptan las corrientes (2) de café molido, y un dispositivo contador de vueltas (6) que facilita información a un programa cuya lógica ajustará el tiempo de funcionamiento del motor del molino, en función de la información procedente del contador de vueltas (6).
