Abstract
Micropartículas de polímero dispersas en fase acuosa, cuyo exterior está completamente reticulado, que se pueden obtener por un procedimiento de polimerización de varias etapas, en el que a) en una primera etapa se realiza una polimerización en fase acuosa de una mezcla de monómeros a base de: i) 7, 5 a 93 % en peso de al menos un compuesto etilénicamente monofuncional; ii) 0, 3 a 47, 5 % en peso de al menos un compuesto etilénicamente difuncional o multifuncional; en presencia de un polímero elegido entre - un poliéster-poliol con un peso molecular medio numérico de 500 a 10.000, un índice de acidez entre 22 y 224 y un índice de OH entre 60 y 400; - un poliuretano con un peso molecular medio numérico de 500 a 20.000, un índice de acidez entre 25 y 150 y un índice de OH entre 50 y 350; presentando el poliuretano como media estadística al menos un grupo carboxilo libre procedente de un poliéster-poliol por molécula; y/o - un poliacrilato con un peso molecular medio numérico de 2.000 a 100.000, un índice de acidez entre 25 y 300 y un índice de OH entre 50 y 250; b) en una etapa siguiente se realiza una reacción del producto obtenido en la etapa a) con iii) 5 a 85 % en peso de al menos un compuesto etilénicamente monofuncional; ascendiendo la suma de las proporciones en peso de los componentes i) a iii) al 100 % en peso; seguido de una reacción del producto obtenido en la etapa b) con un reticulante.
