Abstract

Procedimiento para formar, sobre un sustrato metálico, un revestimiento metálico que contiene níquel, y/o cobalto, cromo, aluminio, e ytrio, que comprende una fase gamma y una fase beta dispersada en la fase gamma capaz de formar a partir de la fase beta, por exposición al oxígeno a temperatura elevada, una barrera superficial adherente de alúmina, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: a) se realiza, sobre un polvo de una aleación precursora que contiene al menos los elementos Cr, Al e Y, una deposición química o electrolítica de al menos un elemento modificador propio para extender la zona de existencia de dicha fase 13 y/o para aumentar la finura de su dispersión, a partir de un primer baño que contiene iones de dicho elemento modificador; y b) se realiza sobre dicho sustrato una deposición química simultánea de níquel y/o de cobalto y del polvo así modificado, a partir de una suspensión de esta última en un segundo baño autocatalítico que contiene iones de níquel y/o cobalto, para obtener dicho revestimiento.
