Abstract

Dispositivo de fijación para un husillo motorizado (5), que presenta en un cuerpo envolvente un husillo montado con capacidad de giro, con un acoplamiento para una herramienta y dotado de un motor de accionamiento, en el que el cuerpo envolvente del husillo motorizado (5) está dispuesto en un soporte (1) que se puede fijar en un acoplamiento bloqueable de una máquina herramienta de tipo giratorio y ajustable en la posición de ángulo deseada, y que soporta al husillo motorizado (5) en una posición tal que el eje de giro del husillo está dispuesto según un ángulo con respecto al eje de giro (B) del acoplamiento, y en el que, sobre el soporte (1), está dispuesto con capacidad de giro concéntricamente con respecto al eje de giro (B) el acoplamiento de un brazo de conexión (12), que por su extremo libre se puede acoplar al cuerpo envolvente de la máquina herramienta, caracterizado por la disposición de un dispositivo eléctrico para la medición de ángulos, para la medición del ángulo de ajuste del soporte (1) con respecto al brazo de conexión (12), dispuesto sobre el dispositivo de fijación, de manera que el soporte (1) presenta una superficie de rotación (14) que está dotada de un marcado detectable sin contacto, y en el que sobre el brazo de acoplamiento (12) está dispuesto un sensor (15) para detectar el marcado, que genera una señal de tensión eléctrica, que es procesada por un circuito de evaluación dando lugar a una señal de medición proporcional al ángulo de ajuste.
