Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de cazos eléctricos para pastelería y cazo obtenido con el mismo. Aplicable a la obtención de cazos con un cuerpo (1) de configuración semiesférica peraltada, con una estructuración multicapa y con una pestaña perimetral (2) a nivel de su embocadura, el procedimiento incorpora un núcleo (7), acoplable a la zona polar externa del cuerpo (1) del cazo del que emergen perfiles (8), equiangularmente distribuidos, provistos de carretes (9) de apoyo sobre las espiras de la resistencia calefactora (3) a fijar mediante soldadura al cuerpo del mismo, prolongándose dichos perfiles (8) en ramales flexibles (10) que se rematan en tensores (11) para apriete del conjunto sobre el cuerpo del cazo con la colaboración de un bastidor (12) acoplable a la embocadura del mismo, de manera que a través de dichos carretes la resistencia (3) queda perfecta y temporalmente fijada al cuerpo (1) del cazo, hasta su definitiva soldadura la cual se lleva a cabo previo calentamiento del propio cuerpo (1) del cazo, con la colaboración de otro elemento del procedimiento, concretamente un macho (5) de aluminio calefactado alojado en su interior.
