Abstract
Esta máquina portátil de medida de coordenadas 3D consiste en una estructura modular formada por articulaciones y brazos de diferentes formas y tamaños (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) ensamblados en serie, con el objeto de optimizar el proceso de medida. Las articulaciones llevan incorporados transductores de posición para medir ángulos de rotación, realizando un procesamiento de datos. Cada extremidad tiene un elemento adecuado de contacto con el objeto o su soporte. Los datos recogidos durante la exploración del objeto a medir, se utilizan para identificar automáticamente la geometría del mismo. El proceso de medición se puede almacenar automáticamente para ser reutilizado. La compensación de las dimensiones de la sonda y la calibración del sistema se realizan automáticamente de manera continua. Mediante el control dimensional de las superficies de las piezas en un determinado número de puntos, se optimizan los nuevos parámetros que minimizan el error en la generación de la siguiente superficie de laserie.
