Abstract
Procedimiento de degradación de compuestos orgánicos presentes en efluentes industriales mediante reactores enzimáticos y su aplicación en la decoloración de tintes industriales empleando manganeso peroxidasa libre o inmovilizada en reactores enzimáticos operados en discontinuo, semicontinuo y continuo. El procedimiento se basa , en una estrategia de operación que permita un control sobre la velocidad de adición del ión Mn+2, peróxido de hidrógeno y de agentes quelantes tales como ácido acético y ácidos orgánicos dicarboxilicos de cadena abierta.
