Abstract

Procedimiento para el enfriamiento y/o congelación de animales y contenedor correspondiente. Se compone de las siguientes fases, una primera fase en la que se introduce un animal (16) en una bolsa (10) o contenedor, una segunda fase en la que se enfría dicha bolsa, con el animal en su interior, durante un período de tiempo predeterminado, siendo utilizado como medio para el enfriamiento el hielo líquido, una tercera fase en la que se sella al vacío la referida bolsa, incorporando dicha bolsa (10) un primer área sellada y una segunda zona con sellado discontinuo (13), que divide la referida bolsa en una parte superior (17) y una inferior (18), para permitir que el líquido corporal del animal (14) se deslice de la parte superior a la inferior, sin que esté dicho líquido en contacto con el animal.
