Abstract
Procedure for the construction of highly resistant surfaces with projected concrete, four centimetres thick. It includes the preparation of the mortar with sands of 0 to 5 mm and gravel of 5 to 7.5 mm in the proportion of one part gravel to three parts sand and cement with a measurement of approximately 20 percent, or 350 kg, of cement per cubic meter of mortar. The application of the cement is done through remote launching and through pressure streaming using a pipe with propulsion using 5 to 6 kg per centimetre square compressed air: the incorporation of water is also done through projection using a pipe connected to the concrete projection pipe, reinforcement of concrete using a mass of metal fibres with a density of approximately 26 kg per cubic meter: and vibration of the concrete in the entire mass.
