Abstract

Instalación de pintura plana, rotativa. Se consigue un aumento de la calidad del acabado superficial de las piezas pintadas, con una superficie totalmente lisa, al mantener durante todo el proceso de pintado por el robot, un constante movimiento de rotación y avance de la pieza recubierta de pintura, de manera que el efecto de la gravedad se compensa al efectuar un giro continuado. Las gancheras o armaduras de soporte y sujeción de las piezas (6) a pintar, llevan sus ejes horizontales y con sus extremos anclados a respectivos carros (9, 10) que avanzan en dos transportadores (1, 2) que recorren la instalación. El eje (8) de cada ganchera lleva montado un piñón (12) que engrana en una cadena sinfín (13) paralela al transportador (1) y con movimiento independiente, lográndose así el giro simultáneo al de avance paralelo de los ejes (8) de las gancheras (5).
