Abstract

Dispositivo para la selección vocal de nombres, funcionando independientemente del interlocutor, para equipos terminales de telecomunicaciones, compuesto de una memoria (6) para números de teléfono y nombres, en la cual están archivados los nombres así como los respectivos números de teléfono asociados a los mismos como texto ASCII, un convertidor de grafema a fonema (8) para la elaboración de un modelo de palabra digital (cadena de fonemas) a partir de un texto ASCII (cadena de grafemas), un sistema de reconocimiento vocal basado en fonemas (7) que permite comparar una señal vocal digitalizada hablada con modelos de palabra digitales predeterminados, donde se conoce la correspondencia ASCII, y determinar aquel modelo de palabra que presenta la máxima concordancia con la señal vocal, con lo cual la memoria (6) puede ser ocupada por una inserción alfanumérica de nombres definidos por el usuario y los números de teléfono asociados a los mismos y el convertidor de grafema a fonema (8) establece un modelo de palabra digital correspondiente a partir del nombre insertado, el cual, junto al texto ASCII o a un código asignado al mismo queda memorizado de modo que el sistema de reconocimiento vocal (7) puede acceder al mismo, con lo cual para la selección vocal automática de nombres, un nombre insertado es transmitido a modo acústico como señal vocal digital al sistema de reconocimiento vocal (7) y, a partir de éste, comparado con el modelo de palabra predeterminado y el sistema de reconocimiento vocal (7) para el modelo de palabra que presenta la máxima concordancia con la señal vocal que averigua el correspondiente texto de ASCII o el código asignado a éste, el cual sirve para la llamada del número de teléfono asociado desde la memoria (6), con lo cual se establece automáticamente una telecomunicación con este número de teléfono a través del equipo telefónico y el dispositivo selector (2) del equipo terminal, caracterizado por el hecho de que la conversión de grafema a fonema es asistida por un diccionario de excepciones, en el cual se encuentran registradas las correspondientes secuencias de particularidades fonéticas de nombres propios, las cuales se insertan a la cadena de fonemas a través del convertidor de grafema a fonema (8).
