Abstract

Un método para conseguir, en un artículo absorbente, tal como un pañal o un protector de incontinencia, que incluye un cuerpo absorbente (23) dispuesto entre una lámina inferior impermeable al líquido (21) que está destinada a colocarse distante del usuario en uso, una lámina superior permeable a líquido (22) que está destinada a colocarse próxima al usuario, y o bien 1) al menos una barrera de líquido que se extienden longitudinalmente (28, 29) sobre cada lado de la línea central de dicha lámina superior, fabricada de material esencialmente impermeable al líquido (12) y sujetada a lo largo de o adyacente a una extremidad lateral que se extiende longitudinalmente respectiva del artículo y que comprende un borde de sellado elástico libre destinado a estirarse contra el usuario, o 2) por encima de la lámina superior (22), una lámina superior impermeable a líquido que está destinada a colocarse con respecto al usuario, incluyeelástico para la adaptación del artículo al cuerpo del usuario, e incluye aberturas destinadas a colocarse coincidiendo con el orificio del ano y la uretra del usuario, alrededor de cuyas aberturas están dispuestos bordes de sellado encarrujados elásticamente en la lámina superior, una capacidad de sellado mejorada con respecto a la piel de un usuario pretendido, a un alargamiento disponible dado, por al menos un borde de sellado (28, 29) sobre cada lado de dicha línea central, caracterizado por modificar o tratar el artículo absorbente de tal manera que provoca que el valor absoluto de P = 2cosm/r para dicho borde de sellado (28, 29) se incremente, donde designa la tensión superficial del líquido que debe absorberse por aspiración, r designa el radio del círculo más grande que puede abarcarse en cualquier poro formado por el borde de sellado con respecto a la piel del usuario en el alargamiento disponible dado, y cosm es el valor medio pesado de cos, donde es el ángulo de humectación del líquido respecto al material en las paredes del poro, teniendo en cuenta los diferentes materiales en las paredes de este poro más grande.
