Abstract

Procedimiento para la conexión de los cables y de la caja portafusibles a una batería. Consiste en que, en una primera fase, se realizan las siguientes etapas: a) Conectar el mazo motor (1) en la caja portafusibles (2); b) Fijar el terminal alternador (4) en la caja portafusibles (2); c) Fijar la caja portafusibles (2) al terminal de batería (5); d) Cerrar la tapa de la caja portafusibles (2) en la batería (3); y en una segunda fase, se realizan las siguientes etapas: d) Situar la caja portafusibles (2) en la batería (3); e) fijar el terminal de la batería (5) al borne de la batería (6), mediante el mismo tornillo con el que se ha fijado a la caja portafusibles (2). Se reducen los costes de la línea de fabricación ya que por una parte, se suprimen varias operaciones manuales y, por otra parte, se eliminan espacios, stocks y flujos de suministro.
