Abstract
Procedimiento para la fabricación de un alimento para animales o para personas, caracterizado porque por lo menos una primera corriente de material, compuesta de una emulsión viscosa, realizada basándose en materiales de carne y/o de pescado o componentes de los mismos, que se solidifica bajo unas primeras condiciones correspondientes del procedimiento, y por lo menos una segunda corriente de material, compuesta de una masa con una viscosidad similar a la de la primera corriente de material, que se licúa en unas segundas condiciones correspondientes del procedimiento, se mezclan entre sí de manera que se superponen en forma de capas las corrientes de material y a continuación se realizan primeramente las condiciones del procedimiento necesarias para la solidificación de la primera corriente de material y a continuación las necesarias para la licuación de la segunda corriente de material, de manera que la segunda corriente de material licuada sale del producto, por lo menos parcialmente.
