Abstract

Procedimiento para la liquidación de tasas en redes de telecomunicación, donde para la liquidación común de tasas telefónicas, que se devengan en una red enlazada que consta de al menos una red fija (1) y al menos una red de radio móvil (2), durante una conexión de telecomunicación entre al menos dos terminales de telecomunicación (8, 10), las tasas son descontadas de al menos una cuenta de tasas previamente pagada y recargable en una o en varias de las redes (1, 2) conectadas entre sí, donde las redes fijas (1) respectivas y las redes de radio móvil (2) se conectan entre sí a través de al menos uno, con preferencia a través de varios puntos de conexión de la red (POI), y la conexión de los terminales de abonados (8, 9 y 10, 11, respectivamente) en cada una de las redes (1, 2) enlazadas entre sí se realiza a través de a menos una central de conmutación (5, 6) respectiva, donde en las redes de radio móvil (2) y/o en las redes fijas (1a, 1b) está conectada, respectivamente, al menos un centrode detección de tasas (7), a través del cual son detectadas las tasas en las redes (1, 2) enlazadas y cada terminal de abonado (8, 9 y 10, 11, respectivamente) se comunica con una de las centrales de conmutación (5, 6) a través de la conexión de telecomunicación (12, 13 y 14, respectivamente) y para cada conexión son consultados desde un registro de abonados, que está localizado, por ejemplo, en la red de radio móvil (2), datos específicos del terminal de abonado respectivo (8, 9 y 10, 11, respectivamente), que son incorporados en la liquidación de las tasas, donde se impide una conexión desde la red fija (1) o desde la red de radio móvil (2), que no está cubierta por un crédito, porque la transmisión de los datos al centro de detección de tasas (7) y la solicitud de los datos de abonados desde la base de datos se realizan ya durante la solicitud de una comunicación, y porque en el caso de ausencia de crédito, se interrumpe el establecimiento de la comunicación solicitada o se establece una comunicación con el CSC (Centro de Servicio al Cliente), siendo registrado un número de llamada de la red fija o un número de llamada de radio móvil asociado al abonado como número de referencia en un conjunto de datos.
