Abstract

Nueva formulación galénica de paracetamol dispersable y soluble, procedimiento para su preparación y aplicaciones. La nueva formulación galénica de paracetamol está constituida por una mezcla base de paracetamol y ácido cítrico en una proporción de 85:15 a 90:10% p.p. entre otros componentes farmacéuticamente aceptables, en un estado de desecación correspondiente a una actividad de agua inferior a 0,6 y se presenta en forma de polvo, granulado o comprimido. El procedimiento comprende la obtención de dicha mezcla base desecada hasta una actividad de agua inferior a 0,6 para obtener un polvo, que puede granularse para obtener un granulado dispersable y soluble en agua, cuyo granulado puede también comprimirse, para obtener un comprimido dispersable y soluble en agua. Dicha nueva formulación tiene aplicación en medicina humana y en veterinaria.
