Abstract

método para invertir la configuración convexa hacia arriba del fondo de un tanque de almacenamiento de productos líquidos que tiene al menos un puerto de limpieza, por aplicación de un material que tiene plasticidad que se endurece con el tiempo, que comprende las etapas siguientes: disponer primeramente en el fondo (5) una pluralidad de unidades de encofrado de contención (18) distribuidas sobre la superficie del fondo excepto en por lo menos una sección que se extiende desde el centro del fondo del tanque (5) hasta su periferia opuesta a un puerto de limpieza (4), cuyas unidades forman áreas de contención para colocar el material que tiene plasticidad que se endurece con el tiempo; colocar después en las áreas de contención formadas por el encofrado de contención (18) un material que tiene plasticidad que se endurece con el tiempo y que tiene dimensiones tales que excepto en la mencionada secciónque se extiende desde el centro del fondo del tanque hasta su periferia, la cantidad de dichomaterial que tiene plasticidad que se endurece con el tiempo aumenta a medida que se incrementa la distancia radial desde el centro del fondo convencional (5); y convertir al menos dicha sección en un canalón de vaciado (9) que tiene una rampa (10) cuyo gradiente es suficiente para facilitar el flujo de los líquidos y sedimentos indeseables a la periferia del fondo del tanque delante del puerto de limpieza (4) desde donde pueden vaciarse más fácilmente.
