Abstract

The continuous manufacturing process is for insulating panels for building roofs in pre-stressed concrete and involves use of a lower polystyrene plate and rib and flagstone of pre-stressed concrete. A pouring and filling machine is used, it slides and is modified for continuous extrusion on a pre-stressed track. It fills and vibrates the concrete on the polystyrene plates. The plates have the shape of the profile of the concrete placed on them. The panels thus obtained have their ends cut with a diamond disk, permitting a simpler view of the pre-stressed steal for greater security of the product.
