Abstract

Técnica de conservación post-cosecha de frambuesa. La frambuesa es un producto muy perecedero con una vida útil comprendida entre 3 y 5 días a 0ºC. Esto limita totalmente la comercialización en fresco de este producto. La técnica siguiente permite multiplicar hasta por 3 esta vida útil suponiendo un gran avance. Consiste en enfriar el producto justo después de su recolección hasta una temperatura comprendida, entre 3-5ºC. Posteriormente se coloca en su envase de comercialización definitivo. Estos envases se, embolsan con el film LIFESPAN (Ameor Flexibles) y se modifica la atmósfera del interior de la bolsa. Se conserva en estado refrigerado (0-2ºC) y se comercializa.
