Abstract

Mecanismo interruptor (15) para un interruptor, el cual posee dos tramos de ruptura, de funcionamiento conjunto, que presentan en cada uno un contacto móvil (8, 8'') fijado sobre un puente (9, 9''), en el que se ha previsto un soporte (17), montado rotativo alrededor de un eje de rotación del mecanismo (16), que es fijo respecto a la caja, el cual presenta una pared de separación (18) que discurre en dirección normal al eje de rotación del mecanismo (16), en cuyas dos caras laterales se fijan en cada uno un cilindro (19, 19''), un tope de contacto (26, 26'') concéntrico al eje de rotación del mecanismo (16) y un soporte de brazos (25, 25''), disponiéndose sobre dicho cilindro (19, 19'') los puentes (9, 9'') con sus agujeros (20, 20'') y sus muelles de torsión (21, 21'') con sus bobinados (22, 22''), de forma que los ejes longitudinales de los cilindros (19, 19'') constituyen ejes de rotación de los puentes (36), en los que los primeros brazos (23, 23'') de los muelles de torsión (21, 21'') se apoyan enlos puentes (9, 9''), y los segundos brazos (24, 24'') en los soportes de brazos (25, 25''), con lo que los puentes (9, 9'') realizan permanentemente un esfuerzo en dirección a los topes de contacto (26, 26''), que presentan grosores diferentes entre sí, en el que se conforma un pivote (27) en el extremo superior opuesto a los cilindros (19, 19'') de la pared de separación (18), sobre el que está adherido un primer extremo de un muelle de compresión helicoidal (28), cuyo segundo extremo se apoya sobre la caja, en el que se prevé, además, un soporte de gatillo (29), fijado mediante su agujero (30) sobre el tope de contacto (26), que presenta, en la zona del extremo superior de la pared de separación (18), un resalte (31) al que puede engancharse el saliente (37) de un gatillo (33), el cual está montado rotativo alrededor de un eje de rotación de gatillo (32), en el extremo superior de la pared de separación (18), y en el que se prevé un arco (34) que acopla el gatillo (33) a una palanca de accionamiento (35), caracterizado porque los ejes de rotación de los puentes (36) se disponen desplazados respecto al eje de rotación del mecanismo (16) en dirección a los contactos móviles (8, 8'').
