Abstract
Un procedimiento para desulfurar dibenzotiofeno utilizando como biocatalizador una cepa de Pseudomonas putida recombinante. La invención consiste en el diseño y realización de un procedimiento para desulfurar dibenzotiofeno en el que se utiliza como biocatalizador una cepa recombinante de Pseudomonas putida KT2442 en la que se han clonado, mediante la construcción de un plásmido de amplio espectro de huésped denominado pBG8, los genes de desulfurización dszA, dszC y dszB aislados de Rhodococcus erythropolis IGTS8 ATCC53968 que codifican dos monooxigenasas y una desulfinasa, respectivamente, y el gen hpaC de Escherichia coli W ATCC11105 que codifica una flavin:NADH reductasa. Con el procedimiento se incrementa notablemente la velocidad de desulfuración de DBT del biocatalizador lo que mejora su rendimiento con vistas a su utilización en procesos de biodesulfuración de petróleo y/o fracciones petrolíferas.
