Abstract

Aparato para reducir la contractura en flexión de la rodilla, que está constituido por un empujador y un traccionador. El empujador comprende una pieza de material y forma adecuada, que presiona sobre la parte superior de la rodilla, en la parte correspondiente a la terminación del fémur, siendo regulable tanto la posición de la pieza como la presión que ejerce, por medio de un gato preferentemente. El traccionador está constituido por una pieza con forma de receptáculo que hace presa en el talón, cuya posición y ángulo respecto al eje de la pierna son regulables. Una vez posicionado el traccionador, dispone de medios para desplazar el mismo en sentido longitudinal, en dirección de separación del empujador.
