Abstract

"Proceso para la calcinación de minerales utilizando combustible sólido en hornos de cubas regenerativas", operando a equicorriente, caracterizado porque el material de desecho en forma de polvo que emerge junto con los gases de combustión del combustible y descomposición del mineral, se recoge mediante filtro de mangas u otro apropiado y se clasifica para obtener diferentes fracciones con poder calorífico diferenciado, despreciándose las fracciones cuyo poder calorífico no sea óptimo, y las que sí son recuperables se dosifican e incorporan de nuevo al proceso de calcinación preferentemente mezcladas con el combustible sólido con el que es operado el horno regenerativo.
