Abstract
Sistema de medida basado en sensores ISFETs/MEMFETs que permite variar el punto de operación del sensor y determinar la concentración de iones en un medio líquido. El circuito que se presenta está formado por dos fuentes de corriente, dos resistencias, dos amplificadores operacionales, una unidad de alimentación y medida, un amperímetro electrométrico, un electrodo de referencia y por último un sensor químico (ISFET/MEMFET), estos últimos sumergidos en el medio líquido que se quiere analizar. El circuito puede ser utilizado como circuito de medida, para conocer la actividad del ión H{sup,+} en el medio líquido u otro ión en el caso de utilizar como sensor químico un MEMFET, manteniendo un punto de operación fijo o bien como circuito de caracterización en el cual puede controlarse el punto de operación, es decir la corriente del sensor y la tensión de polarización, y centrar el estudio en el propio sensor.Measuring system based on ISFETs / MEMFETs sensors that allows varying the sensor's operating point and determining the ion concentration in a liquid medium.
