Abstract
The procedure for obtaining a complete food in the form of bread involves a basic measure of mixing two parts of pre-cooked flour of white or yellow maize with three parts of tepid water, to which is added common salt, garlic and green vegetables, or sweeteners such as refined or brown sugar, saccharine, honey, marmalade and/or chocolate. - This produces a homogeneous mass, to which is added milk and milk products, such as margarine and butter, normal or low in fat, pork fat, and dried extracts of plants such as codonopsis pilosula, spirulina, glycyrrhiza uralensis, and porta cocos. Then meat, game, sausage, fish, sea-food, vegetables, fruit and dried fruit are added according to taste. The mass is formed as a bread, followed by cooking on a slow fire or in an oven, or frying until it is slightly golden. It is then ready for freezing and packaging.
