Abstract

Then meat, game, sausage, fish, sea-food, vegetables, fruit and dried fruit are added according to taste. The mass is formed as a bread, followed by cooking on a slow fire or in an oven, or frying until it is slightly golden. It is then ready for freezing and packaging.
