Abstract
EQUIPO PARA LA MEDICION DE MAGNITUDES DE ESTADO EN GASES CON AL MENOS UN SENSOR SEMICONDUCTOR EN UNA DISPOSICION DE CIRCUITO. EL SENSOR SEMICONDUCTOR MUESTRA UNA CAPA AISLANTE Y SOBRE LA CAPA AISLANTE UN ELECTRODO DE CAMPO ENTRE DOS ELECTRODOS DISPUESTOS A UNA DISTANCIA UNO DE OTRO. AMBOS ELECTRODOS ESTAN INCRUSTADOS EN UNA CAPA SEMICONDUCTORA ACTIVA. EL ELECTRODO DE CAMPO ESTA AISLADO CONTRA LA CAPA SEMICONDUCTORA. UN GENERADOR DE TENSION DE IMPULSOS ESTA CONECTADO POR UNA PARTE AL ELECTRODO DE CAMPO Y POR OTRA PARTE EN LOS ELECTRODOS INCRUSTADOS EN LA CAPA SEMICONDUCTORA. PARA LA MEDICION DE LA MAGNITUD DE ESTADO SE MIDE EL VALOR DE CONDUCCION DE LA CAPA SEMICONDUCTORA ACTIVA POR MEDIO DE LOS ELECTRODOS. PARA EL CONTROL DE FUNCIONAMIENTO AUTOGENO SE APLICA A UNA DISTANCIA TEMPORAL UN IMPULSO DEL GENERADOR DE TENSION DE IMPULSOS ENTRE EL ELECTRODO DE CAMPO Y UN ELECTRODO INCRUSTADO EN LA CAPA SEMICONDUCTORA ACTIVA.
