Abstract

Proceso y aparato para la limpieza térmica en un lecho fluidizado. Por la parte inferior del lecho fluidizado (3) se insufla gas de fluidización, calentando una parte del lecho a una temperatura entre 200 y 650ºC., aportando parcialmente energía térmica. Los gases liberados se queman en la parte superior del lecho, habiendo un primer periodo del ciclo de limpieza en el cual el aporte de energía térmica se regula en función de la temperatura de la parte superior del lecho, para lograr una temperatura suficientemente elevada para asegurar una buena combustión de los gases liberados en la limpieza de los objetos. El proceso y el aparato se usan para eliminar pinturas y materiales plásticos de objetos termorresistentes.
