LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO DE FABRICACION DE UN CABLE DE FIBRAS OPTICAS (10, 20, 20) QUE COMPRENDE UN ALMA OPTICA (13, 23, 33) RODEADA POR ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO MECANICO (15, 25, 35) DE UN MATERIAL PLASTICO (17, 27, 37) REFORZADO POR FIBRAS DE REFUERZO (16, 26, 36), LLAMADO MATERIAL FRP, DISPUESTOS EN HELICE ALREDEDOR DEL ALMA PARA FORMAR UN TUBO DE REFUERZO, TENIENDO LOS ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO UN COEFICIENTE DE DILATACION TERMICA INFERIOR AL DEL RESTO DEL CABLE Y UN MODULO DE YOUNG MAS ELEVADO QUE EL DEL RESTO DEL CABLE, SALVO LAS FIBRAS OPTICAS. ESTE PROCESO COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: - FABRICACION DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO (15, 25, 35) SEPARADA Y SIMULTANEAMENTE POR ENLUCIDO DE LAS FIBRAS DE REFUERZO (16, 26, 36) MEDIANTE MATERIAL PLASTICO (17, 27, 37), SIN POLIMERIZACION DE ESTE MATERIAL, - ENROLLAMIENTO DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO ALREDEDOR DEL ALMA (13, 23, 33), INTERCALANDO UN SEPARADOR (18, 28, 38) EN UN MATERIAL PLASTICO DE POCA ADHERENCIA AL MATERIAL FRP ENTRE LOS ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO, PARA SEPARARLOS, - UNA POLIMERIZACION DEL MATERIAL PLASTICO (17, 27, 37).
