Abstract
Máquina para el calibrado y envasado de melones y sandías. Un alimentador materializado en un rotor de aspas (4), arrastra unitariamente los frutos desde una plataforma de alimentación (5) hacia una cinta transportadora (6) que los conduce hacia un carril de desplazamiento longitudinal en el que se establece un tramo inicial (8), para adecuado posicionamiento de los frutos mediante dos correas laterales (9) y (10), motorizadas, una de ellas asistida por una leva lateral y basculante (12), que presiona la correa correspondiente (10) contra el fruto, estableciéndose inmediatamente a continuación un sector mayoritario (8'') para dicho carril, en el que los frutos apoyan igualmente sobre correas laterales (13 - 14 - 15), que son ligera y progresivamente divergentes a lo largo de la bancada (1) de la máquina, de manera que los frutos de menor tamaño caen en primer lugar a través de dichas correas y lo van haciendo más adelante a medida que su tamaño aumenta, cayendo concretamente sobre cintas transportadoras inferiores (25), en alineación longitudinal, correspondientes cada una de ellas a un tamaño determinado de fruto y que vierten sobre canalizaciones de evacuación lateral de la máquina, para su envasado.
