Abstract

Un proceso para preparar una composición de poliamida superabsorbente que comprende: i) poner en contacto una pasta de celulosa deshidratada con una solución de una composición de polisuccinimida (PSI) reticulable, no reticulada, parcialmente acidificada, hidrolizada, plastificada internamente para producir una composición de pasta de celulosa al menos parcialmente recubierta, y ii) secar dicha composición de pasta de celulosa al menos parcialmente recubierta en condiciones de reticulación para reticular una porción de los grupos aspartato no reticulados en dicha composición de PSI y formar la composición de poliamida superabsorbente.
