Abstract
Dispositivo de identificación y gestión de ofertas, de aplicación en centros comerciales o grandes superficies, en los que cada cliente está identificado mediante una tarjeta de fidelización, que incluye un dispositivo (DL) de lectura de dichas tarjetas personales asociado a una unidad de proceso local (CPU) y ésta a un ordenador central (OC) en el que concurren las distintas unidades de lectura locales (ul1 ..... uln), en el que reside una base de datos (BD) de clientes a la que tienen acceso dichas unidades locales para consultar los datos relativos a cada cliente y cruzarlos con otra relativa a promociones o datos especiales, presentándole en una pantalla o medio de comunicación equivalente información personalizada sobre los distintos productos u ofertas existentes.
