Abstract

Automatic device for the dispersion and infusion of ground coffee and similar products.The device is comprised of a frame (1) with a hopper or loader (2) for the product and an infusion head (3) and a moveable casing (4), which contains an infusion chamber (5) with a plunger (5b) inside. A combination of guides (6) and (7), and shank guides (4a) and (4b) set out correspondingly with frame (1) and casing (4). Together with a mechanism (8) they make it possible for the casing to move from its first position, where the infusion chamber (5) is at the bottom with its mobile plunger (5b) lowered, and sitting below the hopper (2), to another position where the infusion head (3) is inside the chamber (5). The intermediate position is where the face (2a) of the hopper (2) is lined up to top of the casing (4) and where the plunger (5b) has risen to the top edge of the chamber (5).
