Abstract

Dispositivo de regulación de caudal en válvulas de fuelle. La regulación del caudal se consigue al contar con un cilindro hueco (7) o casquillo que juega axialmente en el orificio de entrada o asiento de la válvula (1, 10), variando la sección de paso al descubrirse o taparse unas lumbreras. Pues bien, el obturador (2, 6) de la válvula de fuelle (1, 10) que actual o convencionalmente se aproxima libremente hacia el asiento del cuerpo de la válvula, lleva unido, preferentemente por soldadura, un cilindro hueco (7) del tipo mencionado, entrando por el orificio de paso del cuerpo de válvula. La carrera del husillo (3) es menor que la longitud del casquillo o cilindro hueco (7) para optimizar el guiado. Las lumbreras pueden ser rectangulares (9) para conseguir una regulación lineal del caudal, o bien triangulares para lograr una regulación isoporcentual del mismo. Las lumbreras también pueden estar determinadas por orificios diametralmente enfrentados y existir además otras paredes interiores concéntricas al cilindro hueco (7).
