Abstract

Olive harvesting procedure, which, different to the conventional process, does not have a beating stage, but rather a final stage in harvesting the olives from the olive trees using their own weight, using simply made nets that facilitate olive harvesting when they are perfectly ripe. The process includes placing the nets under the olive trees with various fixing points that delimit the areas where the olives should fall so as to harvest them at seasonal times.
