Abstract

Alisadora de precintos destinada a todo tipo de botellas en la que la velocidad de giro del cabezal puede ser cualquiera al estar equilibrado dinámicamente todas las fuerzas centrífugas que actúan sobre la rutina durante el proceso del encapsulado. El contrapeso sobre el que trabaja el sistema de resorte que a su vez transmite la fuerza a la rulina, tiene la forma, tamaño y disposición adecuadas para compensar las fuerzas centrifugas eliminar los problemas derivados de los esfuerzos combinados sobre la cápsula. Se disminuye el paso de hélice seguido por las rulinas en el movimiento combinado del giro y desplazamiento vertical del cabezal con lo que se reduce el material de la cápsula al realizarse este laminado progresivo alargándose la cápsula adaptada sobre la botella.
