EN EL METODO, SE AÑADEN ENZIMAS A UN REACTOR QUE CONTIENE UNA SOLUCION DE AGUA, DESPUES O ANTES DE LO CUAL SE AÑADEN LAS SUSTANCIAS A DISOLVER AL REACTOR. LAS SUSTANCIAS A DISOLVER SE DISUELVEN PARCIAL O COMPLETAMENTE, DESPUES DE LO CUAL SE AÑADE AL REACTOR UNA NUEVA CANTIDAD DE SUSTANCIAS A DISOLVER.
