Abstract

Sistema de visión artificial para la detección de vehículos en sentido contrario en una autovía. El sistema objeto de invención tiene la finalidad de analizar las imágenes obtenidas en una autovía o autopista y mediante técnicas de visión artificial, detectar el sentido de la marcha de los vehículos que transitan por la misma y en el caso de detectar alguno en sentido contrario, transmitir una señal de alarma, que puede servir para alertar al resto de los conductores. El sistema funciona con cualquier tipo de iluminación, artificial o natural. Consiste en una cámara CCD para captura de imágenes en color y la óptica asociada (1), y una tarjeta electrónica (2) que se divide en los siguientes módulos: captura de imagen (3), sistema hardware de conversión RGB a HSI en tiempo real (4), preprocesamiento y análisis de imagen (5), módulo de comunicaciones (6) y el módulo de control de todo el proceso (7) en base a un DSP.Artificial vision system for the detection of vehicles in the opposite direction on a highway.
