ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO DE GESTION DE LAS COMUNICACIONES PERMITE GARANTIZAR, POR UNA PARTE, EL PLENO RENDIMIENTO DE UN HAZ DE LINEAS ALTERNATIVAS Y EVITAR, POR OTRA PARTE, QUE EN EL CASO DE UN DOMINIO TEMPORAL EN UNA DE LAS DIRECCIONES DE COMUNICACION NO SE PERJUDIQUE NI SE SUPRIMA LA COMUNICACION EN LA OTRA DIRECCION. EN LOS SISTEMAS DE COMUNICACION (VE A Y VE B) SE INTRODUCE PARA EL HAZ DE LINEAS ALTERNATIVAS QUE LOS UNE, UNA RELACION PARA LA DISTRIBUCION DE LAS COMUNICACIONES EN LA DIRECCION DE IDA Y EN LA DIRECCION DE VUELTA. LA RELACION DE DISTRIBUCION (TV) DEPENDE DE LOS PORCENTAJES DE COMUNICACIONES QUE FLUYEN NORMALMENTE EN LA DIRECCION DE IDA Y DE VUELTA. LA OCUPACION Y LA DIRECCION DE OCUPACION DE CADA LINEA DEL HAZ DE LINEAS SON OBSERVADAS PERMANENTEMENTE POR CADA UNO DE LOS DOS SISTEMAS DE COMUNICACION (VE A Y VE B). MIENTRAS QUE QUEDE LIBRE MAS DE UNA LINEA DEL HAZ, LOS DOS SISTEMAS DE COMUNICACION (VE A Y VE B) PUEDEN ACCEDER A LAS LINEAS EN LA FORMA REQUERIDA POR LAS OCUPACIONES QUE LLEGAN.
