Abstract
Máquina troqueladora para la obtención de bombones a partir de obleas. La máquina está prevista para troquelar cuerpos esféricos que van a constituir bombones y que se obtienen por enfrentamiento de alvéolos conformados en dos láminas de oblea previamente superpuestas entre sí y rellenos tales alvéolos de una masa de chocolate con una unidad de fruto seco, tal como una avellana. La máquina incluye una bancada (1) en la que están establecidas dos zonas, una de entrada (2) y otra posterior (3), existiendo en la zona de entrada (2) una pareja de placas (6) y (7) de soporte para sendas láminas de oblea, de manera que la placa (6) está dispuesta de manera inclinada y bascula para que su correspondiente lámina de oblea se voltee y caiga de forma superpuesta sobre la lámina de oblea dispuesta sobre la placa (7), formando así un cuerpo único de oblea con sus alvéolos enfrentados y formando entre ellos cuerpos esféricos, que son troquelados en la zona posterior (3) para obtener así bombones que caena una cinta sinfín de recogida (5), mientras que los recortes son impulsados hacia un lateral donde son recogidos para su recuperación.Die cutting machine to obtain chocolates from wafers.
