Forma cristalina de la nefazodona y procedimiento para su preparación; la forma cristalina o clorhidrato de nefazodona dihidrato cristalino, es de nombre químico 2-{3-[4-(3- clorofenil)-1-piperazinil]propil}-5-etil-2,4-dihidro-4-(2- fenoxietil)-3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ona clorhidrato dihidrato y de fórmula. **FORMULA** El procedimiento comprende la preparación del clorhidrato de nefazodona dihidrato cristalino cristalizando el clorhidrato de nefazodona dihidrato de una mezcla de solvente orgánico/agua que comprende al menos 0,2 partes en volumen de un solvente orgánico por cada parte en volumen de agua.
