Abstract

Dispositivo de arranque para motores de combustión interna que presenta un motor de arranque (10) eléctrico que acciona a un árbol de accionamiento. Este árbol de accionamiento está unido a través de un engranaje planetario (31) y de una rueda libre (46) con el árbol de salida (25). Sobre este árbol ajusta un piñón de accionamiento (26) que para arrancar el motor de combustión interna se tiene que engranar con una rueda dentada (27) del mismo. Esto se realiza con ayuda de un relé de arranque (20) con un electroimán con armadura (63) que actúa sobre un denominado muelle de engrane (79) y un muelle de vuelta a reposo (80), que están en unión efectiva con una palanca de horquilla (83) la cual puede desplazar axialmente al árbol de salida (25) con el piñón (26) del arrancador. En una posición determinada del mismo se conecta mediante un contacto (68, 69) el motor de arranque, el cual engrana ahora las dos ruedas dentadas (26, 27).
