Abstract

Sistema de eslinqado para izado de sacos. Hace posible su utilización en máquinas paletizadoras automáticas y el estocaje del paquete de sacos dispuesto sobre la estructura modular del palet ya eslingado. Presenta una estructura modular plana, apilable, dispuesta en cajas, de donde el vacuometro de la paletizadora las toma individualmente para trasladarla y depositarla dentro de la paletizadora automática. Esta estructura modular incluye una cinta de polipropileno (1) plegada en forma de trébol dispuesta a modo de sanchwich entre dos superficies o láminas de cartón o similar (5) fijadas con cola termofusible, disponiendo también en el interior una plancha de porex sobre la que apoya establemente la lámina superior de cartón (5). De las zonas angulares emergen porciones de la cinta que materializan sendas asas (6) para permitir la extensión de las ramas de levantamiento del paquete formado.
