THE SECOND CONSTITUENT IS FORMED BY A SUFFICIENT CARBON POWDER TO ACHIEVE A TOTAL CARBON CONTENT OF THE MIXTURE OF 1.5 TO 3.0% BY WEIGHT. THE THIRD CONSTITUENT IS FORMED BY THE SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF FERROPHOSPHOROUS POWDER, TO PRODUCE A TOTAL CONTENT OF PHOSPHORUS IN THE MIXTURE OF 0.1 TO 0.5% BY WEIGHT.
