Abstract

Aparato de iluminación para aparatos de recuento automático de colonias bacterianas. Cuenta con un soporte (2) que aloja medios opacos y oscuros (3) de tapado de una de las bases de la placa (4) iluminándose la ésta mediante rayos de luz deflectados en medios de reflexión (5) provenientes de una fuente de luz (1). Cuenta con una cámara de vídeo (6) de captación de la imagen para realizar el recuento de forma convencional. Se caracteriza porque cuenta con medios para variar la posición relativa entre los medios reflectores (5) y la placa (4), de forma que la iluminación se adapta a los diferentes tipos de los medios empleados para realizar el cultivo de las bacterias.
