UN CODIGO QUE INDICA EL NIVEL DE REPRESENTACION MAYOR SE AÑADE A LAS SEÑALES DE EXTENSION. POR EJEMPLO, UN DESCODIFICADOR DEL NIVEL 3 PUEDE ENTONCES SER INSTRUIDO PARA REFRENARSE A PARTIR DE LA DESCODIFICACION DE LAS EXTENSIONES "FALL-BACK" PARA DESCODIFICADORES DE NIVEL 2.
