Abstract

Dispositivo de osteosíntesis del raquis, que comprende: - un elemento de anclaje óseo (10), - un vástago de unión, intervertebral (70) apto para unir dicho elemento de anclaje óseo con otros elementos de anclaje, un elemento intermedio (40, 140), - una unión de rótula (122, 50; 1412, 13) entre una primera parte (41; 141) del elemento intermedio y el elemento de anclaje óseo (10), - una unión por apriete (43; 143) entre una segunda parte del elemento intermedio y el vástago de unión intervertebral, y - unos medios (20, 60) de bloqueo de la unión de rótula y de la unión por apriete, caracterizado porque dicha unión por apriete está constituida por una pinza (43, 143) que comprende dos ramas (43a, 43b; 143a, 143b) orientadas lateralmente a partir de la unión de rótula, abiertas en oposición a ésta y que aprisionan entre ellas el vástago de unión intervertebral, y porque estánprevistosunos primeros medios de bloqueo que actúan sobre la unión de rótula y unos segundos medios de bloqueo que actúan sobre la pinza en la región de los extremos de dichas ramas situadas, con respecto al vástago, en el lado opuesto a la unión de rótula, para solicitar dichas ramas una hacia la otra.
