Abstract

Máquina cortadora y peladora de cebollas, la cual se basa en unos soportes (2) sobre los que apoya la cebolla (3), transportándola hacia unas cuchillas fijas (19) de corte de cabeza y rabo a través de un pasillo (18), guiándola hasta un brazo (6) de presión sobre las mismas, durante la ejecución de un corte horizontal (5) y otro vertical (4), pasando la cebolla a una cinta transportadora en V, que la deposita sobre un bombo (8) de soplado (10), y llevándola finalmente a un husillo sin fin (12) cubierto por unas paredes laterales (14) contra las cuales fricciona dejando la cáscara caer por su parte inferior y almacenando la cebolla (3) limpia en un recipiente o similar (15). Esta máquina tiene aplicación en la industria hortícola.
