Abstract
Organic compounds produced by micro-organisms, particularly exophiala pisciphila, are used as inhibitors of the interaction of cd28 and its specific receptors. They can be obtained by the culture of micro-organisms, particularly strains of fungi belonging to the genus Exophiala or others taxonomically related. These substances are inhibitors of glyco-protein, and particularly of CD28, being able to act by disruption of the interactions of CD28 with its specific receptor.
