Abstract

Self-guiding system for railway vehicle bogies, constituted by a hydraulic device which has a hydraulic block in each axle box of the wheels of the bogie, these blocks being formed by a double cylinder with its respective pistons mutually interconnected, such that the stress transmission cylinder is linked to the one corresponding to the wheel on the same axle, whilst the self-guiding transmission cylinder is connected by crossed piping to the corresponding one of the opposite wheel on the other axle, in order that when the first axle negotiates the curve, the same situation is simultaneously produced in the second axle, and also in the position in a straight line. Equipment to control the effect of the link between axles, and to transmit data for the automation of the device, is intercalated in the crossed piping of the system.
